Think back the glory days, the time before Twilight. If it were then, would people be saying things like this? No.

I hate Twilight, its ruined cryptozoology with its silly little stereotypes about vampires who sparkle and culturaly confused shapeshifters (if you dont know what Im talking about, I mean the author confused the werewolves of Old European mythology with Skinwalkers of Native American mythology). Dracula and a documentary on the Werewolf Trails would be a step up from this.

And if you think you're fooling anyone, you're not. Real vampires are people who like the taste of blood and have different religions than most of us, you cant just magicaly transform into a vampire. And werewolves are just Sasquatches with wolf-like features, not shapeshifting beasts.
