Did Homeland Security delay in alerting the Federal Center for Disease Control following a half dozen sensors detecting the presence of tularemia bacteria during an anti-war rally in the US?

I suspect that the DoD could have turned a blind-eye of convenience with an anti-war rally taking place and all. Or even better, perhaps "the crazies" are infecting US citizens who denounce War geared towards the implementation of a totalitarian society?

If you're not with us, then suffer you shall from fever and swelling of the lymph nodes!
