The study of conspiracy theory in culture and society seems to be associated with the fields of Sociology and Psychology, and I've seen "Applied Psychology" associated with it too. So anyone in college right now might want to fill some requirements by taking introductory courses in those sorts of things. Heck, if ya gotta fill a requirement, might as well make it interesting.

Plus think how fun it would be to write a term paper on "The Illuminati in popular culture' as opposed to something boring.
