Every time I try to upload a pod cast, I get this error...

Your file, bts_talkpodcast_413.mp3, of application/octet-stream is not supported, please try a different file.

Whats the problem here? Its the recorder I use all the time to record my podcasts. Even programs like audicity wont give me an mp3 that will upload. HELP!

Sounds like it's a problem with the MIME type. You should be sending audio/x-mp3 instead of application/octet-stream for the .mp3 extension. I think there's a way to fix this in an Internet control panel or something (I don't have Windows).

It's not an "error".

The system is telling you the binary file "octet-stream" is not supported, which is indeed correct. An MP3 which is an "octet-stream" may be infected with malicious code. You should examine your system as it's possible you have been infected with a trojan that is corrupting your MP3 files.
