I don't actually know what it has to do with Coca Cola, but Jesus is now being depicted by the church as a santa type character with a slogan that reads "Go on, ask Him for something this Christmas". That's quite funny, how far will churches stoop to get people back to churches.

www.disinfo.com...

The Churches Advertising Network is trying to encourage more poeple to go to Church this Christmas by depicting Jesus in a Santa-like red and white suit (article). Why the slogan reads, "Go on, ask Him for something this Christmas", is beyond me, as they are trying to de-commercialise the pagan celebration.

...The bad part is that Jesus won't even be able to get any royalties out of them for using his name...

The sad part is that Christmas is to celebrate the *birthday of Jesus*...Why are they trying to get people to think that he'll give *them* a present?!

Hypocrites all!

Even from a marketing point of view, that's dumb. How are teh kiddies supposed to believe in Jesus once they learn Santa isn't real?

Good point. Damn the torpedoes! They are stealing from Jesus Christ himself. This is going to end up in the court of Law and be Judged!
