So I just turned on C-Span after waking up this morning and Harry Reid was talking about the Avian Flu virus to the other members of the senate and
urging them to make an ammendment to allocate some of 2006's defense budget specifically to prepare for the Avian Flu.
I dont know where you can get transcripts of the senate, so if anyone has any links they'd like to share so that the other posters can check it out
for themselves...
