Music From The Sky

Wow - Is this even possible? I'm trying to figure out if it's a hoax or not. They claim that they can broadcast sound that can be heard over a huge area without any visible source. I think the folks in Toronto would be pretty peeved if they were woken up by this at 3:33 in the morning!

Thanks Regenmacher - I tried to do a search but couldn't find anything. I guess an artistic "hoax" is the most likely explanation. Probably just as well.
