Hey...I found out what "OBE ATS" means. As in "Sajhit Roehampton OBE ATS" at the bottom of the awards.

Aparently it's a big mystry (the website that is) but a few people over at lazylaces.com have been getting information from this person (islington)
about a game or hunt or whatever for the 13 books. Probably a hoaxish game, but it could be fun? Anyway, I haven't nearly had enough time to sift
though the information at lazylaces.com on what information they've aquired, but if anyone else has heard of this "game" I'd love to know.
