I've found this with google earth. What is it? And I wonder why it's censored?? It looks like a runway crossing the border between Alaska, USA and Yukon, Canada. Although it's probably too big for one.

...The terrain is mountainous through part of the blacked out area, and looks huge.

No I found the Haarp array a few minutes after I found that black line. The haarp array is a few hundred miles to the west.
