Hmm, I don't remember seeing this on ATS, so I decided I'll post it. It's actually about a year old the news, which is why I'm so suprised no one picked up on it.

"A flight control system problem caused an F/A-22 Raptor to crash on the runway at Nellis Air Force Base, Nev., on Dec. 20 2004, according to an Air Force report."

Im too lazy to look for this, but it has been discussed here at length. Nothing that most aircraft go though during testing, let alone the most complex aircraft ever built.
