Not everybody survived the eye of the hurricane

A funny thing in Houston. EVERYBODY that I have talked to thinks they survived the eye of Hurricane Alicia in August of 1983. No matter where they live, they survived the eye.

The eye of Hurricane Alicia has become as exotic as the single bullet that killed JFK!

I love this town but there are an awful lot of liars here!

I had to post this because those same people are telling me "I told you the hurricane wasnt going to hit us." "I told you it wouldnt be that bad."

Please....

Spew BS all your life and once in a while, your going to get lucky.

Even a broken clock is right twice a day.

I prepared for the worst. Two nights ago, they had the constant wind speed at 175mph and the eye going over MY county. With a forcast like that, throwing all caution to the wind is the same as killing yourself.

So the protective action I took was wrong. It was stupid. It was silly. Had THAT forcast been right, all those people would have been racing to me like swimmers asking Noah to let them in his ark. The ark they laughed at.

A nation full of morons. They wont get it until the WMD go off and its to late.
