I found some Red Leicester with onion and pepper in the supermarket, and it is the finest cheese I have had for years. Another good one was "Wallace and Gromit Cheese", which had some kind of berry in it I think....but was rather pleasent.

One cheese I hate are those plastic wrapped little slices that taste like crap.
You shouldn't be allowed to call that stuff cheese.

You mean American cheese

personally I love mozerrela and feta cheese on omellets. There's another basic sub shop one that I usually get on my subs but I'm too tired to think of it

My current favorite would have to St Agur, it goes amazingly in mashed potatoes.

The worst cheese I ever had was a vodka cheese, it was so bad we used it as a forfit in a drinking game.

I especially love goat cheese. In my region it is the Picodon. I like them both soft and young, and aged and hard.

It is funny because the first day I arrived in France, my husband tried to introduce me to french cheeses at the outdoor market, and bought me some goat cheese. I violently spit it out and was disgusted. It took me a while to adjust.

Second favorite, Maroilles!

I've become kind of a cheese and wine fanatic within the past 5 years. I keep telling my wife that I need a cheese cellar but she wont budge. My vote goes to......
