This is currently one of my favs. It's so simple too.

Mix:

Your fav cooked pasta
chunky pcs of garlic that have been soaking in hot olive oil
fresh basil leaves
fresh squeezed lemon juice
fresh grated parmesan (optional)

It's so yummy! I prefer to skip the parmesan.

Here's some info on the basil herb. I'm going to purchase a plant myself to have indoors.

I make something similar.

I like to sautee a red onion and several cloves of garlic while the pasta cooks. I like to use cheese-filled spinach tortellini. Once the pasta is done I just toss in some basil, the onions and garlic, with olive oil or butter, and sprinkle with a bit of grated parmesan cheese.

It really is easy and delicious. Thinking about it, the lemon juice sounds like it'd be a nice touch.
