Yes I have. It however does not cover all the variables. Self replication outside of a gravity well for one.
Small simple and numerous versus large and complex, the list can go on quite a ways.
Better to say that we are unaware of any Von Neumann machines/probes, than attribute the label of paradox to a question for which we don't yet have
the tools to supply all the answers.
