We cats are well known for our ability to remain motionless for hours on end seemingly fast asleep when in fact, we are akin to compressed springs, ready in an instant to cough up the dreaded Kittyfurballs in all directions before, finally, we stretch, yawn and return to dreaming of adding to the terrors that lurk in the darkened, hidden recesses of the human mind.

Doughnuts are only bad when they start talking, so if you ate it while it was screaming at you... sick sick person. Otherwise, I think you ate a giant roach pellet, which would explain the sickness.
