She is concerned about jackhammers while she continues to smoke. The irony is almost unbearable.

I wonder if she even realizes how hypocritical she's being.

The only reason She's "concerned" is because She doesn't like the sound of jackhammers waking Her up. She couldn't give a technicolored, flying, fat-rat's beehind about that baby.

And what's a pretty good way to make somebody stop doing something that's bothering you? - Start screaming "Won't somebody please think of the children?!?!?!?"

I bet those jackhammers are pretty rough on her though, imagine having your hangover interrupted by all that racket.
