Upon further analysis I deem the mark a Negative.

It means your PAPER MONEY is actually worth NEGATIVE ONE DOLLAR, which you owe (as an IOU) to the Federal Reserve, seeing as how they have there name on it. You, by fact of holding the note, you are to send assests worth equal value to the notes you hold. Please, send all valuable to P. O. Box 2022, Jas.... eh... anyone buying this yet??

It's funny you mentioned Andrew Jackson. He is a hero to many conspiracy theorists as he was largely responsible for destroying the Second Bank of the United States. (a precursor to the Federal Reserve)

In fact it was reportedly one of his greatest accomplishments and he supposedly had "I killed the Bank" engraved on his tombstone.

So, one of conspiracy theorists' greatest hero is a Freemason!! A Grandmaster no less!

I wonder what freemasonrywatch has to say on that subject...
