Amendment 10 Voids "Patriot Acts" & National Security Act; so does "Marbury VS Madison"

Amendment 10 bars removal of ANY rights in the first 10 Amendments without a (fair & informed- htttp://www.blackboxvoting.org ) vote of the people of the states.

But the so called Patriot Acts have overthrown any & all rights at the whim of any fed who invokes it.

They no longer need a warrant to enter your home, or evidence of any wrongdoing. They no longer must give due process of law, like speedy trials or juries. Nondisclosure clauses allow gov to not even admit they took you, or grant Habeus Corpus to prove you're still alive. Gov is no longer accountable legally for their actions.

& when feds invoke Homeland Security or National Security, local govs are their puppets, also unaccountable, as operatives of fed policy.

Consider that police chiefs are unelected with power to suspend all rights of anyone in the name of National Security, and remove any evidence to a national security vault. That also means that witnesses are either discredited, framed or killed. I've witnessed serious cover ups I can't prove because the evidence was removed.

Milwaukee cops testified that they were under orders of the chief when they returned an escaped victim to gay cannabal Jeffery Dahmer; naked underage & bleeding from the skull and rear. Chief orders are followed because of his national security deputy status without question.

Sorry, but where are you getting your information on Admiralty Law? The bulk of Admiralty Law actually deals with the rights of seamen and longshoremen, and grants them more protections than traditional "land law." Much of its substance deals with restricting the power of the Captain, not intensifying it.

It was "brought in" by Eisenhauer or Truman? The US has had Admiralty Courts since the first Judiciary Act of 1789. How exactly is it "in effect" now? If you mean we still have admiralty courts, of course we do (although technically, since 1966, Admiralty cases are tried in Federal court, rather than a separate courthouse. ). If you mean it's now the complete law of the land, this is (aside from a contradiction in terms) somewhat surprising, as the majority of court cases I hear about are still tried under non-Admiralty law.
