Interesting experiment of the professor T. Mizuno on the Plasma Electrolysis.
They say to have heat excess and nuclear transmutation.

Yeah I saw this a few months ago. Very interesting idea, and it makes so much sense.! Can't wait till this tech gets picked up by somebody in the alt enrgy.
