U.S, won't let terror suspect testify, page 1

Looks like they don't want others to hear what he has to say. Are these guys ever going to be put on trial by the way? Has anyone heard as I might have missed that.

HAMBURG, Germany - U.S. officials have rejected a German court's request to let alleged Sept. 11 plotter Ramzi Binalshibh testify at the trial of a suspected member of the Hamburg al-Qaida cell charged in the 2001 attacks, a judge said Thursday.

Judge Klaus Ruehle said American authorities did not give a reason for the rejection. "They wrote 'unfortunately Binalshibh is not available,' whatever that means," Ruehle said.
