Were any of his novels inspired by any findings he discoverded whilst working for the M.O.D ?

I have seen ufo's on two differant ossasions(boath verified), And they were next to television antenas. The first next to the stations sending antena, and the second next to a home's recieving dish. My question is.
Have there been any reports of (or do you know of any) tampering or manipulations of signals of any kind? ie; has anyone reported that things (as in settings) wern't the same as they left them the day before?
