Slow FEMA Reaction Part of the Plan

Too many people think that the NWO will takeover in a blink of an eye.

The people behind the NWO are smarter than that.

It is a slow process. The steps towards NWO are deliberately small, so nobody (with the exception of a few skeptics) notices them.

So I think that the slow reaction on behalf of FEMA and other Federal agencies could have been done on purpose. Think about it, next time disaster strikes, which unfortunetly will happen, FEMA uses it's previous "less than perfect" response as an excuse to over-mobilize hence the begining of a takeover.

And it might not be next time, it might not even be in the next few years. NWO must be an extremely slow process or else everybody would realize it.

But no doubt, it will come.

it makes sense... just like a predator slowly stalking up on it's prey so as not to alarm it. Pretty simple concept... it's been in the works for a LONG time already, though... the stuff with FEMA is nothing really new.

yea, I like the predator analogy, works well. I think it is just important to take into account. People often assume that it will happen very fast, which is just not logical.
