Spirit, the Roving Astronomer

This, to me is VERY cool.
Spirit has been recieving enough solar power to allow for nighttime observing.
JPL has directed it to look up, at the sky..
Here is what Spirit saw:

That's awsome! I didn't know that they an take pictures at night. The veiw of the night sky on Mars must be excellent with a thin atmosphere and no clouds (excluding a dust storm).
