Historical Milestone Timeline:
* June 4, 2002 Melbourne, FL: Dyn-O-Mat Inc.s team of experts continues their mission of significantly reducing the destructive power of
* July 19, 2001 West Palm Beach, FL: Using a Canaberra, Dyn-O-Mat became the first people ever take a cloud off of Doppler radar.
* For the last 2 years extensive field-testing has been taking place. Including: cutting a cloud in half using a crop duster.
* For the last 3 years the Dyn-O-Mat team has been doing extensive laboratory research.
Colorado uses it:
Weather Modification (WM) is the science and practice of artificially changing the weather. Cloud seeding, the primary WM activity, is the
intentional treatment of individual clouds or cloud systems to achieve some desired effect.
The Colorado General Assembly has declared that the State of Colorado recognizes that economic benefits can be derived for the people of the state
from weather modification. Operations, research, experimentation, and development in the field of weather modification shall therefore be encouraged.
Weather modification is used for two basic purposes in Colorado.
* To Increase Precipitation
o More rain during drought
o More snow for reservoir storage
o More snow for earlier start on the ski season
* To Reduce Precipitation
o Less hail during severe storms
o Fog suppression

Power Over Precipitation
Modern-day weather modification began in 1946 when General Electric discovered cloud seeding in its research laboratory.

Weather Modification, Inc. excels in providing airborne atmospheric research platforms, and also offers diverse remote-sensing instrumentation. We
have many years' experience installing cloud physics instrumentation and aircraft data systems. Additional instrumentation for atmospheric chemistry
and to quantify atmospheric aerosols is available. We also do special-purpose aircraft modifications.
We configure and install all our instrumentation and the aircraft data acquisition systems. Each system is specifically designed to make the
measurements needed by the client, and includes those instruments best-suited to the client’s needs. The most commonly used instruments are
described briefly below.
Cloud Liquid Water Measurement System
Total Temperature Sensor
Dew Point Temperature Sensor
Cloud Particle Probe
Cloud Droplet Spectrometer Probe
Instantaneous Vertical Speed Indicator or Linear Acceleration
Passive Cavity Aerosol Spectrometer Probe
Cloud Condensation Nuclei Counter

Soviet Weather Engineering over North America
This taped presentation, which was made in 1985, is included for historical reference purposes only. Since then, the technology has been developed
into more rigorous longitudinal EM wave interferometry, which is the exact nature of those earlier weather engineering weapons. The foundations of
scalar electro-magnetics are well explained in this presentation.
U.S. Defence Secretary Cohen expresses concern about eco-terrorism using scalar electromagnetic weapons.
