If the pastor in question has a problem with this, he also has the ability to move onto a different position elsewhere.

It doesn't appear that anyone is forcing chaplains to compromise their viewpoints here.

When you choose to be part of the military in this manner, you're also choosing to abide by the rules therein. If you don't like 'em....the rest seems obvious

Well it would seem that some chaplains ARE being told NOT to express their faith, and for politically correct reasons and I think it is wrong.

Yeah I would guess that a watered down version of the Gospel would not offend anyone.

If this is not such a big deal, look up Wisconsin Synod Lutherans views on Military Chaplains......
