What foods do you eat to keep your body in top shape? Post 'em here
*Oat Meal and Rasin Bran
*Scrambled Eggs, Milk, and Wheat Bread
*Turkey Sandwhich (Wheat Bread), Orange Juice
*Peanut Butter Jelly Sandwhich (Wheat Bread) and Milk
*Snack: Apples, Bannas, Oranges, and Veggies
*Rice, Beans, wit chicken strips
*Rice, Chicken Breast
*Small Snack: Peanuts, some veggies
I also drink a whole lot of water
