Who or what is Shaye Saint John?

If you've ever been to this website, you'll know how insane and incomprehensible it is. Rumor has it that Shaye Saint John used to be a model who lost all her limbs and became brain-damaged in a car accident, and now uses her website as a way to express herself. But really, that sounds mighty farfetched to me. I've scoured the internet, and I can't find a definitive answer as to what the hell Shaye Saint John really is.

So, if anyone could enlighten me, or if anyone has an educated guess as to what this Shaye Saint John character is all about, please, contribute to this topic.
