Okay, well I don't speak for you. I check one off the list. I get it...are you up to playing a game of hearts? Anytime, we'll play. I am a perfect sport. And after the game, if you like...we'll talk...and talk...and talk....and talk; well, that is, over a game of gin? I like gin. I can only hope you do too.

Maybe we can all hold hands and sing What The World Needs Now Is Love. But first, we'll all have a tournament of hearts.

But I know, as far as this planet is concerned, we'll stick to good ol Fabian Socialist approach: an educational revolution. Because I would hate to see a bunch of average Joes and Janes fall to mud and blood.

You're right, first things first...first we'll talk, and talk some more (or post, and post some more). Then we'll decide to...well...post some more. But hey, nothing wrong with this, as long as Americans wake up.

So on with the post.

As long as you are checking people off of your "list" check me off as well. I believe in dissent and trying to change the system from within, not open rebellion or revolution. You try that and I'll be one of the people on the opposite side.

I think you are making a mistake thinking that the members of this forum are all into overthrowing the government. they're not!! matter of fact, we have many that are serving within the government, I do believe. and even me, who often times will point out the failures of this government in protecting my interest and favoring others over it and pointing out that this is a gross failure on their part that kind of negates any obligation I have to obey their stupid laws, well, I come from a long line of patriots who have fought for the creation and preservation of this nation. I have no intention of doing much of anything to weaken her. and, I even obey their s tupid laws.
You are wrong to think such of this forum....I suggest you read a little more what people have posted here.

Our constitution was written so that if our leaders sway too far from it, we, the people can remove them from office LEGALLY, AND NON-VIOLENTLY...

my I suggest that those of us who are unhappy with the direction our leaders are taking us in, both the dems and the republicans, well, we try to organize some kind of non-violent movement to take this country from their hands, and place it back into the hands of the people. Still like the idea of a new, Anime Party, where donald duck, mickey mouse and the rest of the gang campaing for office....and well, if enough of us are disenchanted with the main parties vote for these, the main parties will be forced to give up some of their pride and admit defeat to....MICKEY MOUSE!!!LOL!!!

ps.....I got a feeling that a civil war is more likely, with SOME of the US Citizens trying to succed from the union...interestly enough, these same groups speaking of succession are also the ones supporting the president that has increased our national debt more than any other president probably in the history of our nation. what is this, weaken the US enough so that she can't hold the union together when they make their move or what? maybe New Orleans will be destined to be the capital of the new "Confederate States of America"?

First, I am far from overthrowing the United States government in a violent manner. Believe it or not, I am more into gradualism, take it over from within. Take the big boys on by challenging them in their own courts, that is, courts of justice. I say, shove the laws down their throat until they choke on them.

I bet very few people do not pay their federal income taxes. I have not paid federal income taxes nor have I filed any federal income taxes since 1996. I have petitioned the IRS and the US Dept. of Treasury in a legal brief with a countersuit, notifying them, I will no longer pay any and all federal income taxes, and if they want them, to take me to Court. I have yet to have been given notice of hearing, no fines, no interest, no confiscation of property and/or no jail time. Why? Because I have no fear of these people in government. Whereas, most of you do.

This is the difference between someone who writes long passages in forums and debates a topic, and someone actually taking a stand and doing something about the things one believes in, or preaches.

I do not think many in this forum have the guts to read the laws on the books, and apply them. I have. This is the difference between me and most of the people in the United States.

In other words, this is my start. What is yours?

I am taking the government on from within. I challenge them. I do not fear them. Give me liberty or give me death. Whereas, most of you do fear them. Most of you do not understand how to go about solving the problem, the quagmire in which you are in. Sometimes forums, be it ATS, Paltalk, Yahoo, AOL chatrooms, et cetera are nothing more than Group Therapy sessions. A way to vent, a way to find others to choose for or against, or to build a platform. Whereas I, I stand alone. I have no fear. I take them on from within. This guy Ed Kostiuk is nothing more than a light breeze passing through ATS. I have no fear of him. I have no fear of the entire United States government. I have no fear of the CIA, FBI, NSA, what have you. I have no fear.

The people in this country need to take a stand. Take a stand now. The best way to begin is to take back what they have stolen from you. Take back the time they have taken from you. Time equals money. Federal income taxes are unconstitutional (federal gas taxes are constitutional...one must know the law). I refuse to waste any of my precious time on this earth for someone else's idea or ideals. It is someone else's idea why we are in Iraq, why we were in Vietnam, Korea, what have you.

Once the People take back their lives (time), then you begin to crack the federal government because it needs your time, your money to continue on with its agenda. Money + Power = Control (is my coined phrase). Without your money, the federal government has less time to continue on with its "life" and you in turn have more time to do what you like with your own life. It is simple math. Simple reasoning.

Once this happens, and only when this happens, will the federal government lose its footing.

But until this happens, or if we continue to just talk about it, then eventually the People will become so fed up, that a physical revolution will occur. And it will be mighty bloody considering that they have F16's and tanks.

So if one is smart, one beats them at their own game. The legal game. The law. The US Declaration of Independence was written purely as a legal document. Unless it is used as such, then we will continue to talk, play hearts, and die by the thousands as with Katrina, Iraq, Afghanistan, or whatever game they have in store for us.

So, who in this forum has no fear? Who in this forum understands what it is to be an American? Who in this forum has the guts enough to stand up to the powers that be?

I am one. This is true.

And maybe, I may continue only to be one. And even though this may be very sad, at least I will be free. As for yourself...well, this is your choice.

Act...while you are still free.

How do we know you're not really a government agent, trying to discredit this site by attempting to incite posts of armed rebellion against the government? Or maybe you're trying to see who goes along with your calls for rebellion. Armed uprisings don't work when the government has the ability to wipe out so many at one time, the days of muskets are over. Plus, alot of people have children and do not want them to live in a warzone. I agree, the government needs an overhaul, but violence won't work.

That said, do you have anything more to add about the topic of this thread, or are you just going to list all the ways you rebel against the government? No offense, but I think there are probably other, more suitable threads for that.

Don't worry, I am seriously thinking of ending my membership with ATS. Because I find the members and the admin arte full of shi*. Now you may ban me. Fuc* off as*holes. This site is nothing more than fear. You live in fear you die in fear.

Simon Gray salutes the Queen of England, the cause for all our troubles. This site is a joke.

I see no one wants to take action. Just talk talk talk. Ed Kostiuk got you all scared. And you know something, you deserve it.

Fuc* off!

Immoral Authority

It is disappointing and suspect when a member who has been with us for barely over a month would claim to speak on our behalf.

I strongly recommend that those who would foolishly presume to do so avoid doing so again if they wish to feel welcome here, because posting false information on ATS is a violation of the T&C, and that's what such claims are: false.

I hope it is crystal clear that I do not appreciate having my reputation as an ATS member senselessly and wrongfully slandered by one who claims to be one of us.

I speak as a member, and also as an American and a veteran of honorable military service to my country.

No one speaks for me but me, and not even as an elected representative of my fellow members would I dare to claim empowerment to make such outrageous assertions about the membership as I have seen here.

Let's not see more of this, please.

Mr Government official a few things you say, very few, make sense.

But one important thing that is lacking from the tone of your post is FREEDOM!

Your post sounds like a psy ops project.

Have and are these refugees constitutional rights and civil right being violated?

THE ANSWER IS YES!

first off Ed did jnot join this group your so called VAL took an e-mail response and used that to fake Ed's membership on this list.

Ed did not sanitize his bio, he changed from a member to an advisor for that organization, so the bio was changed.

you all are idiots if you think Ed would respond to or join this list. He has way to much class for that.
