Nasa moon footage of something active on moon...

What if some hippies had sneaked into the desert to do some peyote and smoke some huge blunts because of all the fuzz in the area with filmcrews setting up big screens etc. and high security. At the same time the government is producing "photographic evidence" for the greatest scam in history which will put the Americans on top of the world. So the dark figure and the smoke on the picture is just a hippie taking a good puff of some good # while he studies the plane that circles around in the area.
