what do you call it when the tv turns fuzzy???

I call my cable provider and bitch at anyone that picks up the phone......
But back to the topic, we call it snow......

It's called radio frequency interference. If you can see it, it is called snow. If you can hear it, it is called static. If you can see it and hear it, it is called snow and static. If you have either or both, it is called generically static. Some people just call it noise, whether it is audible or not.

I call it "get yourself a decent television set"... seriously, digital TV doesn't get static tuneins, because it's not analogue.
