Well, why not. Does Halliburton has a monopoly on this sort of thing?

And how can we forget, we've heard it so often already: "Dick Cheney is not affiliated with Halliburton anymore."

Where is the link norwegianguy? Are we just supposed to believe you? I have yet to see any information that Haliburton has gotten any contracts to clean up the city of New Orleans becides some naval facilities around there and three facilities in Mississippi.

No, jupiter..they are not a monopoly. They just win the bidding process against their competitors for the job.
