No, contrary to what my ex may have told you, the only purpose
of sex is not to make babies.

I didn't say the ONLY purpose of sex is to make babies. I said that's
the basic purpose. That's why it was 'invented'. Procreation ...
you know ... natural selection, evolution .... gotta have procreation
to continue the species. That's why it's there. Everyone knows
that if you put A into B you get C (baby).

Society has turned sex into a recreational sport. But the underlying
reason it's there ... babies. So for anyone to say that they didn't
know that if they had sex babies could arrive ... well then they are
either 9 years old or mentally incapacitated.

(My sympathies to Mr Flyers Fan).

I'll pass that along to him. I'm sure he'll appreciate it.

You can carry the torch of that dead beat dad St. Augustine

I'm not a fan of St. Augustine. And yes, using today's standards
he definately does fit into the dead beat dad category.

mastocysts, blobs, ticks, leeches and other things someone
may be subjected to from poor choices they ... don't have rights.

Humans have rights. Preborn or breathing air or even dead. They all
have rights. (gotta' be nice to dead bodies otherwise you get tossed
in jail - it's the law) Ticks and leeches shouldn't but because of environuts
they have more rights in courts than preborn human children.

Choice doesn't begin and end with the option to keep
your pants on.

It does if the next choice is kill or don't kill a human preborn child.
We can't have massive freedom of choice if those choices painfully
kill innocent children. That's when our choices end - when our
bad choices would needlessly kill someone else.

Supposedly "God" made humans with free will.

We have free will - to follow or not to follow His law and to accept or
not accept Him. Remember the 10 commandments? Thou Shalt Not
Kill. Painfully shredding preborn children is killing. It stops their
hearts from beating.

That's the religious aspect. From the purely human aspect ....
common' folks. These children die PAINFUL deaths because people
are selfish.

while women should only received sex for procreation,
the male of the species can have as much pleasure as he can

Which church says that? I know the muslims in the middle east can
have four wives and the men are promised 72 virgins to service them
when they die. Is that the 'church' you are referring to? Christian churches
all quote the 10 commandments - thou shalt not commit adultry.
That goes for the men as well as the women. So which church are
you referring to?

Sex is part of the human nature, the body was made
to enjoy, give and receive the pleasures of the act.

... in order to continue the species. That's why it was made to feel good.
It's all about continuing the species. That's why it's there. Society has
found 'other' things to do with it. Right or wrong. I don't care. I just
care about children being painfully killed.

Then why has to be "demonized" and make it dirty?

That's a thing for each religion to answer. As far as the Catholic Catechism
goes it doesn't say sex is 'dirty' or 'demonic'. It says that sex is a gift
from God and that it should be treated as such, with dignity and with
the partners showing mutual respect for each other while being open
to the purpose God intended it for ... children.
