Does anyone remember the show "UFO" from the 70's??

As a kid, I watched this show called "UFO", which I believe came from England. The lead character was named Stryker and drove a car much like a Delorean. It was set in the future and was about, obviously, UFO's invading the planet every week. Cool show when I was a kid....not a cartoon either......

Great Show! i loved the moonbase interceptors with one missle apiece. If they failed then it was that jet launched from the sub. My favorite episode was where one of the aliens tried to defect(his buddies got him though).

I loved the hair styles and of course the mini-mini skirts

I'd love to find this on DVD, it was a great show for it's time and it would be fun to sit down and watch the whole series.

I really liked UFO, another Gerry Anderson hit here in the UK.

Sadly it died a death when the new series with its' big budget pitch to the USA failed to impress the buyers there.

'Space 1999' was salvaged from the wreckage and was OK but I've often wondered if the original idea would have been the (far) better angle.

UFO................that was a great show.

I thought the submarine, I think it was called Skydiver, was great although my favourites were the Shado mobiles.

I even remember having them as toys when I was a kid !!

Wow....I didn't realize it had any following. I'm going to check out the links posted. It was a cool show for its time!!

I dont think UFO'S aired in Australia....heard a few people here at ATS mention it...
We got LOST IN SPACE ......
As corny as it was(well, not when I watched it!), i still play the episodes and enjoy them.

Netflix (in the USA) has the DVDs of this show. 8 DVDs i think. Not sure if it has all the episodes or not. Hope this info helps.
