And we wonder why the delay? Check this link out -

www.halliburtonwatch.org...

Bush waited long enough to do enough damage so Halliburton can go in to clean up the mess. Bingo!

How long did Bush wait - check this link out:

gov.louisiana.gov...

That's August 27, 2005. Now check out this link:

That was August 28, 2005, yet Daley was turned down.

Before the hurricane even hit New Orleans, it was well known that the levee(s) would not withstand a Category 5 (or 4) hurricane. Katrina was a Category 5. Bingo!

Is the picture becoming clearer? This is politics as usual from the Bush's camp. With Halliburton waiting in the wings.

This is not so crazy afterall. This is Bush's regime at its finest. This is classic Bush style.

Bush is the perfect front man for corporate America...he sits a disaster out, waits for it to worsen, then goes in with his buddies to clean up the mess. Bingo!

Way to go Bush!

And the donations rolling in...are you kidding me? We didn't donate money to Iraq to help build their infrastructure, yet the government asks Americans - already saturated with high income taxes, high gas taxes, et al - to donate their monies to help those in New Orleans. You gotta' be joking.

Via the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 5121-5206), once a Governor requests emergency relief from the President of the United States, this Act kicks in...this Act provides all the monies (from past income taxes, gas taxes, et al) to help rebuild a disaster zone in America.

Anyone who sends one penny to the American Red Cross, Salvation Army, et cetera should be dropped into the alligator infested streets of New Orleans from a helicopter. Americans should demand that only the federal government pay for all monies to the relief of New Orleaners. If it works for Iraq, it sure darn well should work for us Americans.

Thanks for your time, Edward
