Completely agree with BitRaiser...HAARP is a few antennas in Alaska, it can't create a Cat 5 hurricane with the power of more than all the world's nuclear weapons combined in the Gulf of Mexico...keep dreaming.

I dont agree that haarp caused the huricane but the DHS director stressed the really big catastrophe that happened was the levee break. Hmm that could been someones handy work.

You do realize that weather modification has been around for along time right? Cloud seeding and the like are examples of it. Its not always for some nefarious purpose

It's a valid claim, provable? No, but valid as a conspiracy which will take 20 years to become a reality, very possible.

I'll entertain the idea and find signs of it being a possability, doesn't mean i subscribe to it or believe it but i won't let my emotions get in the way of thinking outside the box.

So, could HAARP manipulate the whether? and why?

Weather modification will become a part of domestic and international security and could be done unilaterally... It could have offensive and defensive applications and even be used for deterrence purposes. The ability to generate precipitation, fog, and storms on earth or to modify space weather, ... and the production of artificial weather all are a part of an integrated set of technologies which can provide substantial increase in US, or degraded capability in an adversary, to achieve global awareness, reach, and power.

So entertaining the idea that it was done intentionally, why do it?

1. Ethnic cleansing is a possability, the 'AIDs Flowchart' shows proof of AIDs being developed for ethnic cleansing in a world facing over-population. This could be another form or more likely, a bonus for them. It's a small piece in the puzzle. Over population is a NWO obsticle and they are opting for ethnic cleansing first.

2. Oil is affected, prices are driven up, world markets change. The Middle East is even more valid a target now, especially if America gets 'attacked' soon. This could help create a stronger coalition on the back of another attack, doesn't have to be in America, we have warnings for global financial centres in Toyko, Singapore and Sydney which are very real.

3. Martial Law is tested, new precidents are created for future Martial Law use. Looting is promoted and crime is targeted over safety, health and rescue in order to train for rebellion on a greater Martial Law effort in the future. Why not instantly send in the means for rescue? Why wait? Waiting creates more desperation and creates more trouble, it validates a martial law scenario.

Any Clues?

1. The hurricane has surprised some anaylists who noticed it's increase from Florida to New Orleans which produced unexpected results.

2. The budget for the New Orleans Levy was cut dramatically by Bush in 2004 to fund the Iraq war, resulting in quotes from those in charge saying they hope nothing big comes there way or it could be disasterous.

Someone thought ahead about a storm affecting US Oil, even made a TV movie for it prior to Katrina.

So could it be a product? Possibly.
Is this post evidence? Not at all.
Would we find out if it were created? Not for a long long time if at all.

So what does this mean?
It means watch, listen and remember the actions taken in treating this event and look for signs that suggest more than just a horrible, unpredictable event has taken place. Don't let emotion cloud your vision or research as emotion doesn't save those affected anyway you look at it anyway. You can be compassionate and suspicious.

you can't use the term "unpredictable event" in this case however. (It's bad enough that weak excuses like that were allowed for 9-11 too IMO but that's a different topic.)

They warned everyone to leave, days before it hit, as they watched it build up in the gulf and approach N.O.

Finally, ever heard of the movie "Oil Storm". It's an FX original which hit the airwaves June of 2005. Check out the Plot Summary!!
