Doctors dont necessarily infect patients with disease on purpose but they do push pharmaceuticals that cure one thing and induce other ailments so that they can push more pharmaceuticals.(Knowingly or Unknowingly) $$$$$$ can ya hear the cash register...cha ching,,,cha ching

As far as IQ tests, it depends which test is used and whether the test is timed or untimed.

So an IQ of 100 is average/normal.
