Is that an upside down U.S. flag?

ok guys i am military the flag being put up upside down is a sign of distress a sign of needing help a flag posted at half mast means our country is at war if you dont believe me watch the movie the last castle it explains everything in it plus it is a really good movie as far as the flag on the military uniforms being backwards it is to represent that we are always moving Forward if you cary a flag and your walking forward the flag apears to be flown backwards and thats what it means just to clarify
