I don't think that the tanks have leaked out entirely, but no one is stopping them at the time. Don't worry about the fuel prices. 2,000,000 barrels of oil only last the US about 2 hrs. The enviromental issue is much bigger than the loss.

Wonderful way to get rid of oil. Now we have less oil and an environmental problem in the missisippi.
