the radio chatter is pretty quiet rate now but it's still interesting

I just heard someone calling for immediate dust-off and evac of a Spanish Member of Parliament named Munoz citing "State Department Visibilty" as a reason... What about the dying Americans?
Many counties including my own (Canada) have offered "Carte Blanche" assistance... MORE THAN TWO DAYS AGO!... The scanner has now gone silent - POTUS 43 is in the LZ for his photo-op... no assistance has been requested of my country yet - Top-notch SAR workers were denied entry at the border 40 hours ago... maybe no assitance until the political ramifications are on 43's terms?

I am praying for the people. Especially Mayor Nagin.
