Screw the people looting TV's and jewelery, the highest priority should be to rescue people and hand out supplies to keep 'em alive, not to protect
property.
If some thugs start shooting at the rescue workers, then the police and military should return fire, but it's a dumb idea to provoke thugs to shoot
at the authorities and rescue workers, that's exactly what this "no tolerance" policy is doing. One guy killed his sister over a bag of ice, do you
really think he's going to give a rats a$$ about a "no tolerance" policy?
These people will trust authorities and rescue workers less than what they already do, and it will probably only get worse
