What if:
the idea of 'cleansing'
was/is not isolated. (Not the only historical account, research..)
Obviously, it was not only Hitler who believed in 'cleansing' his land of 'undesirables'. For many followed. The war was not fought against one man.
After such atrocities, those powerful and determined to 'cleanse' the world would have to replace such overt means of extermination and sterilization with more covert means to meet with less resistance and violence, especially at 'home'.
War is a profitable (to such investors in death) and distracting from the real purposes. Biological warfare, another option. But both undesirable at home. Messy, costly, dangerous.
Studying the earth, ionosphere. Using, adapting science, technological ideas from great minds like Tesla. Knowing how it all works and having the capabilities to affect it. Causing and focusing (building strength of) Natural Disasters in such areas you deem to need 'cleansing' such as New Orleans, Asia, etc may be ideal. Maybe they've practiced in such areas before they hit San Francisco, for instance.
The greater enemy may not be as far as Iran or Afghanistan.
Maybe we should watch the signs. IF
HAARP has the power... someone is wielding it.

More recently and locally, I believe that it has been used to cause the so called dry lightening strikes in Northern California destoying thounsands of acres of forest, untold numbers of wildlife, property, etc. Over 800 "strikes" within a 24-36 hour period! Are all of our government officals complicit in this? I am weary of the willful ignorance and the incredible cashing in on so called global warming and climate change. We are now being asked to get more insurance to compensate for future losses. What a scam! This has been orchestrated and as taxpayers we pay for this ongoing weather warfare against us and other countries. I worked for FEMA in Atlanta in 1997, my supervisor was reviewing the EIS for HAARP at that time. Frankly with many years experience in the military I would not be suprised to find that Katrina had been manipulated. I was a senoir environmenal specialist and was blackballed by FEMA and I was made to realize that US citizens would mostly remain ignorant of the governments true capabilities.

But it hasn't been documented.
What they send is a compressed, peak transmission.
Basically the difference between a pin hole and a hole the size of a monster truck tire. Basically by transmitting a hundred thousand watt charge in this manner, since it is focused in size and pulsed rather than spread out in size and transmitted for a duration period, it can be said to be the equivalent of a billion watt transmission.
Basically it's a 1/10,000 sized fragment of a billion watt transmission.

The issue I take with these claims is simple.
Why would we target OUR soil?
Why not target China or Japan or better yet, the middle east?

We suffer massive losses in lives, wages, tax dollars, tax payer supported relief funds. There is absolutely nothing to gain by targeting our own soil.

But say we target China and slow down production of a specific export, that would allow for our economy as well as others to capitalize on their loss and fill the demand gap for that resource material or product.

Please explain the logic behind this to me though I will give you this much, if HAARP can be used to manipulate weather, in theory this type of transmission would likely be used to "steer" the storm not generate.
Yet guiding it to our own soil is absurd and serves no purpose for us.

There was an insane amount of activity going on at HAARP between the 24th of August and the 25th of August 2005. I have been doing a lot of research recently on HAARP and Norways HAARP (EISCAT) Located in Tromsø, Norway. Additional Facilities are located near Sodankylä, Finland: Kiruna, Sweden (Which is the EISCAT Headquarters). In Russia there is a facility (+55° 55' 26.15", +36° 49' 10.97") which is near Krasnaya Gorka, Russia. These facilities have unimaginable amount of power. They also have some very amazing things that they can do research for and help find out how aura's are made and things about the OZ and different things like that. But at the same time they have a destructive power that could mean worldly devastation or even end all life on Earth as we know it.
