obviously AND unfortunatly ...we are uninterested ...you see,,,sorry
alright the reason is ...
we do this for ourselves...Its an interior exploration.....an expedition if you will.....once you dive into this relm...it is most profound and there
is no turing back ...we will entertain one another, because we have common interest.....dont patronize us !...we rome, and dive into the depth of our
minds in search of the finite sheath between wakefulness and sleep..which takes effort....sometimes not...but we will seek it, now that we know it
exsists...I t IS a REAL place ...a most profound place ....where you can fly, breathe, live ..and be real...as real as real is now! ...as real as real
was ...Its just a few moments that you can live as you never lived before

Besides what Kris said, it's obvious that the only conclusion that scientists will be able to come to is that OOBE is the cause of lack of
oxygen/just a dream, like most studies in the past have stated. So I don't think most APers would waste their time, since there are no tools that can
measure or verify these experiences. Especially not a simple survey. All that can do is classify and catagorize types of people who experience AP/OOBE
and their interests, etc. And they will somehow use the results to discredit people who have out of body experiences as being overly
artistic/imaginative and having psychological problems, etc.
I did the survey just for the hell of it, but for some reason after 4 or 5 pages, I just came to a "Session Terminated" page for no reason and was
unable to continue :\. Sounds like taking out data at their own discretion to me.
It really is something you must experience for yourself. You can read about the experience and how to do it, what is there, etc all you want, but
there is a big difference between believing and knowing. And you can only know if you experience it directly on your own.

im in it for the money if there is any cause i could use some

1. Nobody usually takes the word of someone who is "just in it for the money". If someone said they were going to go out and get a picture of the
loch ness monster "just for the money", I think most people would be right in believing a hoax was likely to go down.
2. I have heard from some sources that if you are using Astral Projection for impure/petty reasons, you probably won't be able to do it. So if you
are doing it "just for the money" (however that would work), or are going to use it for voyeuristic reasons, etc.... good luck, because you most
likely won't even make it out. There are much better things to do in the astral anyway, like investigate spiritual things for yourself, and using it
to help people, not exploit them.
3. Anybody who is in it for the money/fame brings down the credibility of people who are actually devoted to doing it for good and useful reasons, and
are freely teaching others how to achieve it and improve on it. If you are just looking for "party tricks", go mess around with psi balls or
something.
Thankies =).

Its long but......
I never believed ...
Ofcourse until my first profound experience......I have spoken to River Goddesss about this topic endlessly ....Since my first experience, and many
there after...did I realize the REALITY of this subject...It is so easy to pass it off as ridiculous foolishness. .
Id LIKE to disreguard it but I cannot......I have a degree in mathmatics and science...I am the epitome of confrontation as far as para psych and I
live for the denouncing of delusional interpretation...I look and seek the scientific way out ...but this my friend is a true and real fact of life
Before the facilties of formal education, and the physical "passing down" of knowledge...Natural production and inborne language of survival paved
the way....We are hard wired to plainly " know" what is right....there is an inherit "way" about us in which we should "do right" by one
another...Many fight against this natural instinct to protect and covet one another...But in the face of opposition we would do right by our fellow
man...In the mist of oppostion you would rise above the conflict and bond to your closest "brother"...
There is SO MUCH more to explore >>>I f you were to allow yourself to give way, to the most primal instict....where we once gained knowlege thru pure
energy of the past generation, you could in essence receive it without even trying. ..There was a time that people passed profound knowlege without
EVER speaking a word...are we beyond this? Or are we just preoccupied by the material world

One way astral projection can be proven to not be simple dreams, is having to people "dive in" somehow meet up with each other, come out, and
describe what happened when they met up seperatly.

There is an educational organization in Charlottesville, Virginia called the Monroe Institute that deals with the study of altered states of
consciousness. It was founded by the late Robert Monroe who wrote a series of books describing his experimentation with spirit travel.
I'm sure there are probably other similar organizations out there.

HEYOKA, I know a number of groups that try to do this. Many of them meet in important and easy-to-locate world landmarks like the pyramids, the top of
mount everest, etc. While I haven't attended myself, some of the conversations I have seen the next day are amazing. Especially online where you have
no idea what the other person looks like and you come back to describe them and everything you discussed perfectly.
I actually suggested the same thing on this post here . Along with that, there are a
number of other ways that people have suggested for proving Astral Project/Out Of Body Experience. You might want to give it a read =).

Actually there have been studies done. The human mind usually operates within the Alpha and Beta wave spectrum. In subjects that claim proficiency
with oobe's/ap's durring a "projection" the Alpha and Beta waves are near flatline and the little seen theta waves "spike".
A part of that 80% to 90% of the brain's potential that most people never use (keyword being use).
alpha wave
n.
A pattern of smooth, regular electrical oscillations in the human brain that occur when a person is awake and relaxed. As recorded by the
electroencephalograph, alpha waves have a frequency of 8 to 13 hertz. Also called alpha rhythm.
beta wave
n.
The second most common waveform occurring in electroencephalograms of the adult brain, characteristically having a frequency from 13 to 30 cycles per
second. It is associated with an alert waking state but can also occur as a sign of anxiety or apprehension. Also called beta rhythm.
theta wave
n
The normal brainwave in the encephalogram of a person who is awake but relaxed and drowsy having a frequency of 4 to 8 hertz; occurs with low
frequency and low amplitude. Also called theta rhythm.

Isn't the Delta wave deep sleep? So...wouldn't the mind be here? or would it be just before Delta, inbetween Delta and Theta?
I'm getting quite interested in this subject. I'm even thinking of eating and excercising right so I can start to meditate and learn to start with
the relaxation vibrations. As a kid, I was MUCH healthier and much more active. And and I used to have many Lucid dreams (I didn't know that's what
hey were then of course), and even jokingly could remote view on some f my freinds houses. I thought it was all just my imagination and a perfect
score in coinsidence when I told them what was in their house and the layout (before I had ever been there). I thought they were just games and never
really thought much of it. I've lost touch with everything.
ANYWAYS.....
Any tips for eating healthy and exercising, for energy training purposes, before I actually try to meditate?

Yeah, scientist are always ruining things a lot like psychologist try to put a label on every thing they see even if they don't understand what it is
they are seeing. They deny the reality of what they see but can't properly evaluate it because they haven't been trained for that kinda stuff.
P.S. Love your Magician Tabby with the levitating wine cork. Cool!
