RV Exploration

Does this government still use RVing for space exploration like in the 1970's? Also does anybody know if RVing is being used to locate the Martian bases located on Earth as well as Mars? Post if you know anything. Thanks

From what i;ve read RV is defintly real, and the US military used it for a while till it got shut down. This is all true. What i persoanlyl do not believe is true, is all this rubbish about RVing secret caverns on Mars and such bollocks.
