Mmmm I love MAYO! I can't believe all the mayo haters in this thread.
maybe you just haven't used hellman's light... I think all others are gross...
I hate:
In the vegetable group:
Brussel Sprouts
Eggplant
In the misc group:
Canned soups
Boxed foods
Processed meats
what do I eat then?
Fresh meats, veggies, fruits, and yogurt.
And the odd time a baked treat from the bakery.
I've lost alot of weight doing this sensible plan.
Look at soverign people's who live in mountains ect, like the new guinea people, they grow their own food and they are pretty ripped... Mind you they
also get more excercise then we do.

I don't like Seafood or fatty meat (gristle).
Ya ever have somebody try and try to push you to eat something you already know you don't like? "No, but this is cooked different, it's GOOD, try
it!" they say.
Well I learned from a friend of mine an easy way to get around it. Just say you're allergic to it. He HATES mushrooms. When somebody tries to get
him to eat them, he just says he allergic to them. No more nagging!

Pork chops, the way my mother used to make 'em.
You could lace them up, and wear them..!
Otherwise, I like most foods

I tell everyone that I am allergic to bell peppers, because the taste of them makes me vomit.
Other items on my 'yucky food' list are tomatoes in their natural form (ok in sauces), cream cheese, liver and most fish. I am a big fan of
crustaceans however.
Mayo is ok, but it must be Hellmans or it's not happening.

I can't stand avacados and guacamole.
They're a putrid green color and taste
like almonds to me, and I find a nutty
flavor in a fruit disgusting!
I also can't stand:
anchovies
pigs feet
pork rinds
slimey foods
foods without texture
flaked cocoanut in baked foods
lima beans
split pea soup

Cottage Cheese - Vulgar
Wheat Free Bread - I'm supposed to eat it due to wheat intolerance, but it's more like tasteless cake than bread. Vulgar to the power of 7.
Horseradish Sauce - Evil toxic herb taste
Beef/Chicken in Red Wine sauce - Red Wine Sauce destroys beef and chicken, the scoundrel.
Sprouts - but when something tastes THIS bad, you know there must be benefits.
Honey - fine as an ingredient in cereals, foul in it's natural form.
Most Barbecued food - I just dont like charcoal.
Chicken flavoured Gravy - Tastes like something I don't want to mention in a thread about food...
There's more, but they are the worst offenders.
Seafood is king, especially Crab

Brussels Sprouts, Spinach, and Eggplant. Can't stand them.
Oddly enough, a spinach dip is fine though...
Things like Tripe, Cow's Brains, and Pig's Feet are kind of a given...my basic rule is that I don't eat "motors".

I'd have to agree with that sentiment But I've only had it once, and it was in the Vietnamese-style soup known as Pha...It wasn't the taste,
but the texture - I've really never been able to "stomach" organ meats, save a healthy portion of some foie gras...hehe
Other than that, I've battled my fears of foods I've had in the past and have come to enjoy the things I used to hate...
I take pride in the fact that I once converted an avid asparagus hater into an asparagus lover by simply preparing it in a way which she had never
tried before...Now she can't get enough...So to those who think the method by which you cook certain ingredients is not effective in curbing your
distaste...
Well - That's simply a load of tripe!
