Is it just me, or does that one vid of him on the street seem a lil fishy... The biker and drivers don't even seem to care at all about what's going on. The truck behind him avoids hitting him, but no real interest. Seems odd...

I was thinking: What if, they made a mistake back in 1934 and this man never went back into the machine that makes him visible. He would be fairly hard to catch, could murder anyone unknowingly and the leaders of the world would have to call him god if that is what he ordered. He could sneak onto any plane unknowingly and be anywhere.

This is actually very correct. I once worked for a man who had been contacted by some form of law enforcement and was given one of these machines. It really does look like a a little person covered in a blue field leaving a light trail behind them.
