It was only 7.00 dollars but it is pretty fun. Also it is only a 2 dimention gyroscope but I can do some pretty cool things with. So, any of you guys ever buy gyroscopes?

Here is a photo and a desciption.

The Original TEDCO Gyroscope
Produced since 1917, has been a classic educational toy for generations. It continues to fascinate young and old alike with its mysterious force that seems to defy gravity. Package choices are the standard boxed packed or blister carded.
Item # 00006

I have been facinated by gyroscopic principles ever since i saw a guy on a science show when i was a kid spin a bycicle wheel with an electric drill, and then he took the drill off, and spun the wheel above his head using only one finger on the axle.

It was as though the wheel was defying the laws of gravity.

As though it had no weight at all.

But once the wheel stopped spinning, it came crashing back down.

From that day on in my mind i have always connected gyrocopes with UFO's.
