If the administration was caught off guard, they were the only ones that were. at work, we were betting how long Hussein would try and play this
card. Bush certainly recovered nicely, saying that inspections aren't what we want but disarmament. The unfettered inspections do not include the
hospitals and schools where you will find the weapons, only the military installations where you won't find them. Those site would be a justifiable
military target, and Hussein knows that. He likes to do the cowardly thing and hide behind children.

surely, the Bushies have a plan B...and i'm sure Saddam is sitting in one of his lush palaces planning a trip to a remote sparcely populated island.
Bin Laden will prolly be his neighbor.
