I've noticed that some members have thier own caption in place of thier rank. Can anyone change this or can only moderators and admins do this?

You now buy this in the ATS Store as a "Custom Title".

Be sure to buy the first line before the second line, or you may be left feeling silly.

And look for custom titles 1st line
