How do we really KNOW this was a hoax, and not just a ploy to have everyone believing it's silly and that male birthing is impossible, whereas in
fact it is going on secretly as we speak?

Well, Pilgrim, you ain't gonna like my answer: research. Look for scientific papers on the processes that lead up to it. In this case, one of the
relevant search terms is "ectopic pregnancy"
Women sometimes DO have babies that implant outside the womb. They never survive, no matter how hard the mothers and the doctors try. The damage to
the mother's body is great and sometimes leaves her infertile.
Now... this happens in WOMEN. Women's bodies are set up to bear the young. If we can't keep the babies alive to the point of full term delivery in
a woman (and if she's damaged by the process), how is it going to happen in a man, whose body is NOT set up to support pregnancy>
The second thing to look up is womb transplant or artificial womb. Look through the clinical trials (they don't just suddenly do Mad Science.
There's experiments, drug tests, clinical trials, and surgical reports and you'd find them in JAMA and New England Journal of Medicine and British
Medical Journal and there would be articles about them in newspapers and they would cite the original publications.
Instead, we have a web page with links to faked pages.
You don't have to be Einstein to figure this out.
