Is Detlev Mehlis, the investigator in Hariri's assassination in Lebanon, the same guy who took over the Lockerby case? Please provide me with info about his background if he has previously worked for the Mossad or something.

It is O.K. I have made sure that the one involved in Lockerby is another Frensh investigator investigating another case in Lebanon.
